B&C’s AIB audited, food grade facility provides you with both long- and short-term warehousing on demand. From Raw Materials, Food and CPG, our secure and ultra clean warehouse holds it all.
B&C’s warehouse is third party audited by AIB. We scored a 980/1000 on our last GMP audit. We adhere to many processes and procedures, record keeping, lot and expiration code tracking, all in order to give our customers best in class food defense and safety.
Our warehouse is registered with the U.S. Food & Drug Agency for food and ingredient storage. If your business involves the distribution of raw ingredients or consumable products, it is absolutely essential that you work with a warehouse that adheres to these standards and will pass an inspection by the FDA.
B&C maintains a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan. Our HACCP Plan addresses food safety through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards within our facility.
B&C employs HACCP & PCQI (Preventative Controls Qualified Individuals) certified staff in order to maintain the highest standards of food safety through Critical Control Points and risk-based preventative controls recognized by the FDA.
Integrated Pest Management
B&C contracts out our IPM to McCloud Services. McCloud maintains an online auditing portal that we can easily share with our customers.
B&C’s ambient warehouse has temperature & humidity monitoring in several key locations and levels of our warehouse. We maintain a portal of temperature monitoring records that can be easily shared with our customers.
B&Cs highly secure facility has Access Control on all doors, a monitored Security System, Food Defense protocols, as well as advanced Video Monitoring to provide you with highest levels of food safety.
